Caio Ferraz founded Top-Pro Construction over 15 years ago with the mission of providing the highest quality construction services possible, delivered with unwavering honesty and integrity. He founded and steadily grew his company in the greater Boston area, based on the fundamental values of superb customer service and old-fashioned hard work. He is now the owner of full-service construction companies in both the United States and Brazil.
Caio’s positive, can-do attitude, enthusiastic approach and genuine love of the artistry of construction make him a unique asset to each project. What sets him apart is his respect for and sensitivity to the unique needs of each and every client. His real talent lies in his ability to seamlessly orchestrate every aspect of a project and solve even the most complex problems that may arise.
Caio comes to the construction industry from quite a unique background. He was a well-known sociologist in Brazil, receiving several National and International Human Rights awards for the work he did there to better the lives of the underprivileged. He applies the skills he developed in his past endeavors - leadership, passion for his work, undeterred focus on the common goal and ability to motivate his team – to guide every Top-Pro project.
